No strategy can be successful without system tools set in place to monitor progress. If there’s no understanding of the dimensions of the effects of leadership behavior on organizational culture throughout the organization (as in involving – or not – all the stakeholders in making decisions), there’s a high probability for ending with flawed decisions, which will hinder instead of helping that organization.
